You're speeding up the video right as he throws the jab to make it look harder than it was.

This is the best clip you provided :

    No sped-up video there.

What? You're now claiming im speeding up the video lmao..I don't even know how to do that. And even in that clip yoh posted you can see his head get moved back lmao

How can you actually deny that jab didn't land? Clear as dya did and you know it shadow.. It was somewhat snappy

Partially landed, some of the potential impact dissipated by the guard. However, in addition to this, your clip shows how Bivol was dictating the range and stopping Canelo work - evidenced by him just plodding around trying to follow Bivol's footwork and passively defending with a high guard and no thought of punching with Bivol or countering him.

See when Bivol throws that jab? His front foot is planted but Canelo is still sorting his feet out. That's why Canelo ever-so-slightly goes to throw a jab but hesitates and takes his glove back to the guard. Notice when Bivol throws the punch he's already widened his stance a little and moved his weight slightly onto his backfoot to allow him to move out of range just after throwing? Just a half step back, staying balanced and already re-set to throw again. He dictated that short engagement and Canelo was merely passive.

If you choose to isolate a single punch and extrapolate, you need to take all aspects of boxing into account...

Your latest clip is you moving your camera around then stopping and starting the video erratically, pausing it pausing it, then running it in full speed right when he throws the jab to make it look harder than it was.

This was your original slo mo vid which was fine : https://imgur.com/gallery/Vhlcb9I

For the last time, from this angle, we cannot see anything other than it connecting on Canelo's glove as he pushes it aside. He leans back a little as he blocks it which can clearly be seen from the overhead camera.

You're asking ellerbe to look at the same angle again and again because he's not seeing what you want him to see. Give it a rest, he's made it clear several times that he does not count that as landed. When he watched it from the overhead camera he was emphatic that it was blocked, and your appeals with the DAZN angle have not changed his mind.

We can't see any impact. It may have grazed the forehead but only after it was blocked and being pushed aside. If you count that as a scoring shot, then you would certainly have to count Canelo's jabs at 1:00 and 0:57, which landed with more impact (1:00) and cleaner (0:57).

You see your lying again Shadow when will you learn?. Both Ellerbe and myself agree that it clearly landed but that we're not sure whether we would count it as a scoring punch. I can only speaj dor myself on the specific but as I've already stated it has a better case than the two tou provided despite your language and framing to the contrary. I would need to see that punch from a different angle to score it either way.

Shadow is nothing more than a bot on this forum. You can go back through the post history for that account and he’s literally created thread after thread with nothing more than disruptive content, designed to create controversy - which in turn leads to more clicks. I’ve entertained the user behind it this last week, simply to troll them - as he’s relatively limited when it comes to intellectual debate (Hence the memes. You’ll notice he has no response to them).

I’ve finally added him to ignore before I get booted for Backtrack 5’ing his connection.

If you enjoy boxing & enjoy this forum, simply block ‘him’. It’s not worth your time - you’ll literally go round in circles.

Nonsense the two you provided were bery poor examples with the head shot barely making contact as Bivol is learning and then steps back seeing Canelo load up and the second punch is a joke mate as that just cuffs off the forearm. You can't count that Shadow so don't even go there otherwise I will have to come in this thread full time. Which you will not enjoy.

Can you make up your mind ? Is this a scoring shot or not? It was clearly blocked, now if you're argument is that it grazed his forehead as he was brushing it aside, that's one thing, however Q is acting like it wasn't even blocked at all and it landed flush and snapped his head back lmao. If that's a scoring shot, then you'd have to count both Canelo's jabs at 1:00 and 0:57 as scoring shots. 1:00 landed far harder than that and 0:57 landed clean. You've already stated that you do not consider Canelo's jab at 0:57 as a scoring shot, remember "you can't shadow, you just can't" because according to you it didn't land hard enough. This love tap from Bivol at 0:46 that was even less hard than that AND was blocked unlike that one. Canelo's jab at 0:57 which you said wasn't a scoring shot was full extension and clean, Bivol's at 0:46 was not full extension, had nothing on it and was blocked. At best it grazed the forehead while being blocked with nothing on it. You know you can't count that as a scoring shot because if you did you wouldn't be consistent as it pertains to Canelo's jab which you didn't count.

What I'm saying is, taking into account everything I observed above, if I was to score that brief piece of action, I would score it for Bivol...

If you count that as a scoring shot, a mostly blocked possible forehead graze that we can't confirm, then you would have to count both of Canelo's jabs at 1:00 as 0:57 as scoring shots also. Take a look at those and lets see how consistent you are.

Yeah I'm not sure if it's to be contrarian. seeks attention or just has magic in his head.
He claims he likes to discuss and debate but literally everything he bases his resaoning on is a fallacy. I've handled him every time but I know his strategies for deflecting and false equivelence. I've made him quit and vanish for a few weeks. When backed ina corner will just lie and start making things up.

I'm simply pausing it so you can see it properly. There's no speeding up you nutjob. It's a fairly snappy jab. And how are you claiming im cherrypicking videos I've posted numerous videos and taken into everything.

Again watch in full screen :
    https://imgur.com/gallery/qdIIJD6

This is just lying lmao. Just because Canelo's hand is close and moves towards Bivols glove doesn't in anyway mean the Bivols jab does not connect. <=can you at least agree on this sentence, if you can't then you're being dishonest. From that clipI posted Canelo's head clearly moves back from a somewhat snappy jab. This is getting into denial territory here. From the overhead angle you posted you have to manoeuvre around the 4 second mark, but you can see Bivols glove go past Canelo's glove and hit his head, Canelo's head jolts backwards. Canelo does not move his head. Again these are all thing I've explained and is there to see but now you're just straight up ignoring and lying.
