You got admit he looked rather lost on the double end bag. Plus that sparring partner wasnt doing ****. I cant help but comment on what looks like mediocre training.

 

Media work outs are not about working extremely hard that is done closed doors... media workout is just that doing some work to get some pictures ... if that is hard to comprehend then you're a lost cause... I remember people saying juanma looks like a beast pre fight how'd that work out.

 

Oh yeah bro Canelo looked AMAZING on that double end bag. Mimicing exactly how the trainer did it. Good thing it was just a media display otherwise i would have been blown away if it was any more AMAZING than that. And that sparring partner? Whew that dude was slick man! I guess he must have missed the memo. How you supposed to take pictures for media day when hes lighting Canelo up like a fire'crackr'(no pun intended) being all slick and explosive n **** damn....

I'm really looking forward to Mosley - Alvarez. I just hope Mosley has enough left to really test Alvarez and show us what they guy is really made of. I think it's a bit late in the day to expect Mosley to pull of a major upset, but you can't rule it out altogether.

 

The hell man? How are you not impressed by Canelos workout. It was AMAZING. Even for a media work out... I had to stop myself from watching over and over due to the sheer AMAZEMENT of his technique and intensity.
