Canelo no longer enrolled in VADA's 365 testing program

Why pull out of a testing program?

 

There have been many fighters who have failed tests, including Povetkin, Saunders, Fury, Vargas, and many others, and none of them have taken a hair follicle test and signed up for year round testing.

Canelo was doing year round for over a year, and in that year while doing the year round random testing beat GGG, Fielding at SMW, and Jacobs.

VADA approved lab SMRTL's director stated the findings were consistent with tainted meat.

Victor Conte, PED expert stated the hair follicle test should clear Canelo's name.

Canelo is the only fighter who tested dirty to enroll in VADAs most stringent program. He was enrolled for over a year and had the three fights mentioned above.

He's already done more than any other fighter to prove he is clean, not sure why anyone should treat him any different.

 

Canelo got popped 2X and now he's avoiding random drug testing. Canelo is a dirty disgraceful drug cheat and that's even before his catchweights and crippling rehydration clauses.

Marquez avoided VADA testing and has shown off an HGH gut that would make WWE wrestlers jealous. And he had so much chest and back acne that Proactiv/Stridex/Clearasil would have loved to used him for before and after commercials (the products would probably fail to erase the steroid acne, but post production and editing can fix that).

 

Maybe you are not aware that he was enrolled in a VADA program where he is subject to testing 365 days year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

No other fighter that has tested dirty has done that to my knowledge.

He was on that program for over a year, three title fights, and came out victorious every time. I say the man has paid his dues.

 

Why would he stop though? I don’t see any reason to stop, well there’s reasons to stop like not bringing in enough money to justify paying for Vada (that doesn’t apply to Canelo). I just can’t see a reason why he would stop Vada testing, it’s different than never being enrolled with Vada, he’s actually decided to stop being vada tested.

Gassing and fading against Jacobs could be a good reason.

 

Why should he stop? Why should he have even started when no other fighter that has tested dirty has ever enrolled in that program, nor have they taken a hair follicle test.

The man paid his sues, proved he can compete and win at the very highest level, even while being tested in the 365 program. I think he's earned the right to go back to standard testing. Fury, Saunders, Povetkin, Klitschko, Jones jr. and many other fighters didn't even do random testing after popping dirty.

I have given many fighters the benefit of the doubt, I don't see why Canelo doesn't deserve it. Now if you're one of those people who don't give anyone the benefit of the doubt or a second chance then I can see why you probably don't like Vitali Klitschko, Tyson Fury, or Bj Saunders, but most fans do give the benefit of the doubt or second chances, unless you have a biased, and even then.

 

You've never given Pacquiao the benefit of the doubt. You sure did give free passes to Floyd, Canelo, and Marquez, though. All three have FAR, FAR MORE red flags.

Like I said they all should have to be tested all year round I have no bias for any fighter I don’t like the situation in the sport that allows the wiggle room for cheating and I certainly don’t like the fact that very few fighters admit to being guilty of taking performance enhancers, so when someone like canelo opts out of testing it takes the sport further away from the place it should be at a place where all fighters are transparent and all fighters support the testing systems in place to eliminate cheaters. If you don’t feel this way that’s your opinion, I don’t have anything against canelo only the fact that if he wanted to he could be one of the few fighters that could force a change.

-JMM never refused randome testing unlike PED head Pacquiao. In fact when the PED head team was accusing JMM of roiding he simply stated he would take any test Pac would, shut Pac's team up really fast.. That was classic. Pac's team didn't want the Special Milk shakes exposed.

Understand that he did not opt out of testing, he's not doing YEAR ROUND random testing, just like 99% of fghters. Under WBC rule he still has to be VADA tested when he has a fight scheduled. He's doing no different than any other fighter.

Canelo failed 2 drug tests and uses catchweights and crippling rehydration clauses.

Marquez sought out a PED expert, put on muscle, grew an HGH gut, avoided VADA testing in the Bradley fight, and then showed up with serious steroid acne on his chest and back.

Don't forget about Vargas, Nery, and Morales. Mexico is giving the US a run for it's money in terms of PED users.
