Mayweather didn't run and stood in the pocket in the center of the ring for over 60% of the fight.
Canelo's predicted supposed size, strength, and speed were all MIA in the fight.

Mayweather although older was much faster than Canelo and his ring generalship was, and still is far superior to Canelo.
Even the mature Canelo has yet to match Mayweather.

From the jump people assumed that just because Canelo was Mexican and bigger than PBF he was just going to maul and pressure PBF and I questioned had they ever seen Canelo fight. Canelo wasn't a pressure fighter he doesn't fight like that and can't fight like that. He's a highly skilled guy good defense really more of a boxer who likes to counter who picks his shots he fights in spurts throwing combos that's really it. People who thought Canelo was going to throw 100 punches a round simply don't know **** about boxing. If he's in there with a guy who's there to be hit he will get off more but if he's not he's much more measured in his approach.
