Politics aside, we do get the fight and it's a decent one.

Great fight. Happy it’s not PPV either.

I don't think it is. It says live on Sky Sports, not Sky Box Office. Good stuff.

The end of boxnation as a player really has helped sky get THE best fights from around the world. You see people say they want a dazn uk but we get Porter Spence and Wilder Ortiz 2 non ppv. I'd say we are winning as it is.

I think Canelo's chin is good enough to hold a shot from Kovalev. The body attack from the Mexican will be relentless and I actually think he stops Kovalev early with said body assault. Kovalev can't take body shots well. It's great matchmaking by Goldenboy. Kovalev will be a great win but stylistically I think Canelo is made for Kovalev.

Looking forward to this, I think Kovalev will win some early rounds boxing and moving, using his reach and height but Canelo will slow him down and stop him. Kovalev isn’t the fighter he was, he’s the weakest of the champs now. He’s ripe for the picking.

I expect Canelo to immediately drop the belt and head back down because Beterbiev would ice him and Bivol would inflict a defeat on him too. Expect Ramirez to fight for the vacant belt soon.
