    I don't see Canelo beating Plant in a fair fight. He needs a very generous gift decision to beat Plant.

    For a guy who has close fights Cotto and Trout and robbing GGG twice, he is going to struggle with Plant badly. Don't let his fights with Fielding and Kovalev blindside you. Kovalev is an old man who has been declining for a while. Plant is in his prime with the height, reach, speed and footwork to keep Alvarez from getting in close.

    Plant would beat Alvarez in a 8-4 type of fight.

    And he had the ibf so he’s used to only rehydrating no more than 10 lbs on fight night.. I can see him being offered the fight at a catchweight 165.. Canelo is great but Caleb definitely have the style that’s proven to give him fits and he’s bigger..

    Plant would definitely give Canelo some problems, the ability to land from distance starting with the jab while moving is something Canelo hasn't really ever experienced. Difficult fight for Canelo, it would be a hell of a night of boxing to see those two go at it over 12 rounds.

    The body punch will be Plant's weakness. He will also have to be pumping out the jab all night. Plant, though in great shape, does look like he has some stamina issue. It's an intriguing fight. If he can keep he distance he wins but if he fought like he did tonight he lose and not only lose I say he lose by KO.

    Great fight imo. Would give Canelo props for this. I think Plant would give him some good rounds.

    Then again I thought Kova would too.

    But ya Id be excited for this one.

    Canelo would probably win on points but I’d be rooting for ginger to knock this clown out.

    Plant is a POS and the next guy to knock his lying ass out will quickly become my favorite fighter. I hope it’s not Canelo because i would prefer he not be in the number one position on my list but a deal’s a deal!
