not surprised. ive commented before about team canelo keeping an eye on kova for any sign of slipping, so they can take him at the right time. get all the credit, for fighting half the man.

This is so freaking ridiculous though. Canelo has risen from LWW to LHW -- that's 35 pounds of almost totally muscle -- since he's been a grown friggin man. And it's not like we are talking about a 6'1 Tommy Hearns who also had an 81 inch wingspan. We're talking about a friggin 5'8 ginger. That **** doesnt happen unless the person in question is juiced to the gills, and even then it's extremely rare. This guy, ODLH and everyone else at Golden Tool thats involved with this corruption needs to be banned and thrown in prison for a stretch because this **** has gone too far. Corruption like this is essentially attempted murder, mayhem, A&B w/ a deadly weapon, manslaughter, I mean even the dumbest District Attorney could easily convict the **** out of these assholes. I’d give him a better shot at beating kovalev, even at full 175, than beating smith at 168. But I doubt he fights either guy n if he does beware the catch weights and special Canelo clauses. I agree with others who have said it’s negotiation tactics. I’ll give him tons of credit if he fights either guy without any Canelo clauses or catchweights.
