You think Jones will beat Hopkins based on beating Lacy? What has this world come to? That said, I have no interest in this fight any longer, despite being a tremendous fan of Hopkins. The time for this fight is long past.
One thing you cant deny is that Hopkins is a showman. As futile as that sounds its actually shaped his career. YOu look how bhop can get inside n opponents mind, how he can sell a fight and send the press buzzing. But more importantly, he can box. Hopkins takes away his oppinents biggest weapon, like the nullifying of pavliks right hand or the robbery of Trinidads left hook. However, Hopkins being all this cannot use his physcological warefare cannot dent Roy. Boxing wise Roy is more confident more skilled and polished. Although Bernards looked into the pit of his soul in prison. A man who truely knows himself. Roy is impervious to Hopkins' tactics. And il tell you why, roy knows that his amazing god-given talent is far superior to bernerd. the gap to wide for Hopkins psychological game to bridge. Roy knows this. And so does Bernard.
