There were rumours Degale got a bit of a beating from Eubank in sparring but it's all bull**** if you ask me. A lot of the time these reports are spread by a fighters camp to build hype.

In my opinion Quigg is a little obsessed and jealous of Frampton

To be fair to Quigg he only responded to Frampton claims on a previous ringside that Quigg was 'chinny' and Quigg said at least i'm not the one getting dropped in sparring so it was nothing much.
I think both Quigg and Frampton know they wont be fighting each other any time soon and are just telling themselves who is the better man.
Although I was disappointed in the way Quigg belittled a proven two weight world champion in Hugo Cazares.

sparring stories don't count. What happens in the ring in a real fight does.

Sparrings sparring but its not the first time ive heard stories about Frampton's been dropped in sparring. I was told buy Mandanda that Simpson sparked Frampton cold in sparring. If true it could be an indication Framptons packing some glass.

Whats dodgy is your judgement if you believe those kind of things.
Given the choice between listening to "urban myth" gym stories and the fact that Frampton took Kikos best shots without budging.....well I know which way I go.

I believe if Simpson were offered either Quigg or Frampton, Simpson would have a great chance of winning, do remember Simpson is not a big featherweight and given 10-12 weeks notice would do SBW and fight guys his own size
