I think Froch would have gotten him out of there quicker than GGG, Froch when he hurts someone its usually over pretty quickly, GGG is far more patient.

His ego seems to have gotten bigger each year.

It's quite amusing thinking back to when Joe C didn't want to fight him, but now he's acted in the exact same way with DeGale. But I guess that when you're young, you can't appreciate people's circumstances until you go through the same thing yourself when you're older.

Although many people may disagree, I think DeGale would have beaten him, and he didn't want that hassle at this stage of his career. Which is fair enough, but he needs to keep his mouth shut talking about MW's, when he's avoided DeGale to try and fight Chavez.

Also, the word 'legacy' gets passed around way too much for my liking these days.

I think this Degale thing is unfair on Froch, he fought Groves who was akin to Calzaghe with him. He said at the time the only reason he took the fight was because he wanted to give the young guy a chance that he didnt get. Groves did beat Degale he cant keep fighting the next up and comer if there betr fights out there

i don't blame Froch for not wanting Degale but he should keep Triple G out of his dumb mouth unless he'll take the fight. it wouldn't even be much of a fight. Froch gets laid out a few times until they stop it.

I am not sure what is happening with Ward. It was not long ago that Kessler seemed interested in a fight with Ward in Denmark. Froch seemed interested in a fight with ward in the UK, but Ward seems very silent at the moment. It seems a good opportunity for Ward with big names but old faded fighters offering big opportunities if this is correct.

It is difficult to work Ward out. He mentioned that there are changes at SMW all of the time in reference to future opponents, but mentioned that if he went up to LHW and fought Kovalev and Stevenson asking what then? So obviously doesnt feel there is as much movement at LHW.
He isnt interested in going to LHW where there is Kovalev, wasnt interested in Bute when it was a big fight, didnt fight Dirrell or appear interested, I havent heard if he was interested in Kessler in Denmark or Froch in the UK.
What does he want to do?

Murray is now at 168 so Froch could prove it but he won't

I doubt Froch could stop Murray at all let alone early

yeah, like he's such a big bad man and Golovkin is a small kid with not enough power and doesn't belong in the ring with him. Froch hit Bute with everything but the kitchen sink, Golovkin ko'd Bute with one punch. Froch is a slow, wide open target. Golovkin would box his ears off.

    Thanks for the sarcastic response.

It was an unnecessary dig, to massage his huge ego.
