    Good video man.

I'm thinking Froch in a close decision. I like Froch, but I'm stunned by the amount of people expecting a wipeout and even far more shocked that people are predicting a TKO/KO.

Let's put everything in perspective. Since Froch has stepped up on the world stage he has stopped 1 fighter and that fighter is.....Jermain Taylor. Other than that he has not even scored a knockdown on any fighter since he stepped up. Glen Johnson on the other hand has never been down once in a fight. He was stopped by the great Bernard Hopkins when he was employing a strict boxer-puncher style and Hopkins basically treated like a heavy bag and threw everything including the kitchen sink at him. The ref stopped the fight and Johnson never gave the impression he was going down. In his career he's fought some guys who are heavy handed and guys who have a high work rate...he's even fought guys with both at light heavyweight. Whether you think Froch is a better boxer than Cloud is immaterial when you consider Cloud hit Johnson A LOT. And Cloud punches much harder than Froch and Johnson still didn't drop. Really the only reason Johnson would get KO'd would be if he's too weight drained.

As far as the wipeout claims, I sense all of this is off the momentum of Froch smoothly out-boxing Abraham and showing dimensions previously unseen. However, styles makes fights and Johnson isn't blown up middleweight Abraham. He's not just going to sit there with his guard up and let Froch play target practice without getting licks in. If you think that Johnson being listed as shorter than Abraham is a huge advantage, forget it. Johnson has fought and beaten guys taller than Froch. There's is nothing Froch will bring that Johnson won't have already seen before.

Having said all that, let me re-iterate, I think Froch wins a close decision. Johnson has slowed up enough for me to think Froch squeaks it out. However, expect a war. Johnson will hurt Froch to the body, he'll wobble him with some sneaky equilibrium shots. I think Froch's workrate will carry the day at the end. However, it would not shock me if the opposite happened as Froch couldn't step on the gas at the end of the Kessler fight due to the body work Kessler put in.

Thanks, I think Kessler and Abraham hit harder than Johnson does, If Froch boxed vs Kessler he would have won.

I think Froch can land his unorthdox uppercut in this one also.

Abraham might hit harder than Johnson, but Froch basically said he felt like he just took a couple stiff jabs the whole night.

And Froch DID box against Kessler. If you watch the fight again, especially in the early going, Froch was using the ring, fighting effectively off of the back foot, and even slipped a couple of punches.

The difference between the Kessler fight and the Abraham fight are immense because of the dynamics that Kessler presents compared to Abraham. Kessler's taller, physically stronger, higher workrate, better endurance, was a natural SMW, and had a better trainer with a game-plan. With all of that going for him it made it difficult to simply box Kessler the whole night, especially when he's bringing the fight all night.

Froch didnt box when it mattered though, rounds 8-12 was a war.

Because Froch might not have been winning when he was trying to box. Different can of worms than battling Abraham.

    I suppose.

I think Froch could dominate he isnt as erratic as Cloud and puts more into his punches than Dawson but we will see.

A knockout win for Froch would be a big suprise to me, Johnson arguably one of the toughest out there.

Just imagine how good Froch would be if he had fast hands.

I think the fight will be close and competitive and we could possibly witness Johnson take Froch apart systematically. I still see Froch winning the fight....but Glenn could do some damage. Personally, I think that this fight will be better than Ward vs Abraham.

The phrase, "like he did Abraham" has no place in this debate, and anyone who uses it is a ****ing ******! Glen Johnson and Arthur Abraham have as much in common as cat **** and apple butter!
