I doubt it..all boxers have an occasional off night. Dawson did last night..that's why Pascal won. Dawson will be better prepared next time and will decision Pascal, and like I said will beat him yet again in a third matchup, that is if they decide to have one....it depends of how Dawson beats him in the rematch.

Froch definitely belongs high enough. Everyone in the super six deserve major consideration and appreciation for having the balls to put all on the line and make this tournament possible.

I post a thread about many here will brag about Froch beat Pascal but not Dawson. Look if any body follow the sport of boxing and actually watch it more often would know easily that Pascal is a far better fighter at light heavyweight then he was at super middleweight. If Pascal fought Froch again but this time at light heavyweight, Pascal would win it cause like i said he's a better fighter at this weight class.

people should give froch credit anyways just for the people he is willing to fight. and where. including aa his last 4 fights will have been in america, england, denmark, canada and all against top level opposition. that is some feat in todays boxing climate.

as for his boxing skill, ive never credited him for having much skill, but he finds a way to win which is a skill in itself i guess.

he did beat pascal comfortably, but im of the belief pascal tired in that fight cos he is better suited for 175. if they rematched at 175 it'd be a toss up.

what froch has done so far speaks for itself, if he beats AA next he is a solid top 5 SMW. e gets a lot of hate cos he bitched about the kessler result. in one way i agree because he should have given kessler more credit for his performance.

in another way i understand because it is heat o the moment **** they speak then, especially after a 12 round war. the guy deserves credit anyways and those who give him none are fools.

Had respect for Froch anyway but yes, this shows that if people doubted him before he really is a world class act.Cos nobody doubted that Chad Dawson was(and still is)It also shows Carl could move up a weight and do well if things dont go his way in super six.

so by me saying that pascal would not come away with a definite victory, i am being a biased froch fan?

froch beat him comfortably at 168, i believe a 175 fight would be more evenly matched. if that makes me biased then ye guess i am.

you come across as a right muppet in this post you reaise that dont you :patsch

You actuaally think Froch will still be the same fighter at 175 pounds then he is at 168? Lol come on luf. Btw Froch barely got by Pascal in that fight. But seriously Pascal at light heavyweight is a far better fighter then he was at supermiddleweight. The last time Froch fought at light heavyweight was at 2004 in which it was catchweights.

no, if i thought he would be the same fighter i would expect it to be a froch victory.

froch barely got by pascal? are you bein serious here? it was an even fight first half, second half was controlled by frochs jab, whether or not pascal was nervous, weight drained, tired i dunno, but you cannot say froch barely got by him.

froch is a big smw, and i dont think he would be too badly affected at 175. as i said, it would be a toss up who won.

Ok fine that's your opinion. I don't agree with it one bit. Pascal has proved he's a far better fighter at light heavyweight. I mean didn't before facing Froch that Pascal was stunned badly by a freaking journeymen at supermiddleweight? lol.

I wouldnt give any higher praise to froch simply because while watching dawson vs. pascal, from a fairly impartial perspective, it seemed that the only true thing that kept dawson from taking complete control of the fight and dominating thoroughly was some sort of mental block that left him incapable of turning it on for a long enough time to finish the job. it became very clear last night that froch clearly beats chad dawson in the category of determination.

on this thread you say froch barely got by pascal, yet on your own thread you say the following
