Fact is if it were not for boxing's multiple titles. Froch would never have been champion. A solid number 2 is how he'll be remembered.

 

Froch really only has three big fights left in him maximum so he might as well make them money fights

it may be how you choose to remember him, fact is, without multiple titles ward's inactivity would not be tolerated and he would be stripped. froch has owned the division since they fought.

With how inactive Ward has been if we are getting all ifs and buts about it. Ward would have been stripped and then Froch has beaten everyone else. Ward hasn't fought in an age hes basically already retired... Froch is No1 in the division at the moment. Ward hasn't fought since 2013. Froch has won 2 big fights since.

froch has fought a great series of fighters. He was predicted to loose against AA, predicted to loose against Bute. Avenged a loss to Kessler. Got up of the floor to beat Taylor etc etc. He has ticked everybox in his career. Possibly only not beating an ATG but Froch is terrific fighter of this generation. Now a days the best fighters are almost the ones who have moved up to world title level and then moved beyond it. If Froch wants a couple of cash out fights then he's earned it. I think Degale would be an awkward fight for Carl and if it doesn't bring in the revenue then I can live with that fight not happening

 

Imagine the hate when Carl is inaugurated in the Hall of Fame. These lads will combust.

 

Would have preferred to have seen Froch vs DeGale for the title but oh well DeGale vs Dirrell could be just as interesting even if it's less action packed.

 

Ward has legal issues with a promoter so loses his legitimate title that he earned schooling the best in the division including Froch, righty-o...

What about Ward being a massive fcking PED cheat and the recipient of home town refereeing that would make Dave Parris blush? Froch had an off night against him and was coming on nicely. No need to think on another night Froch couldn't have bested a PED-less SOG. Froch was gagging for Ward to come over and re-match him.

 

LookWard is done mate, why people even mention him is beyond me now!! Its a joke, yeah he beat Froch, it was a s**t fight and one in which Froch actually finished the stronger of the two- Ward would never come to the UK like Kessler was man enough to do so Carl did not get the chance to reverse the only other (s****py) defeat of his career!! End of!!

 

he's had 2 nothing fights in over 3 years for a variety of reasons, and his future is still up in the air. you're ranked on what you do, not what you did.

the only embarrassment is you constantly cussing down a bloke you claimed doesn't matter yesterday.

 

He doesn't matter, his competitive career is over. Just a couple of easy uncompetitive ppvs for you lil englanders to lap up.
