Always thought his chin was good. He seems to take em bad to the stomach though. If my memoery is right. :blood
His chin is decent, on further reflection. His stamina is pretty shaky as is his recovery. Hopefully he fights at Leeds town hall again.
Your right about the first fight.I heard the second time he was badly prepared and his trainer(one of the ingels)told him not to go ahead with the fight but Carl insisted on taking it to try and prove a point and it went badly wrong.He will come back from the Mitchell loss im sure.
The first couple of rounds in the Gomez fight was like stags rutting in the ring heads together and just bombing each other!I initally thought Gomez was going to take him. He got smashed to bits by Kirakosyan two times , i'm surprised he was still up for it.... The Mitchell fight was close until the later rounds when he gassed.
yeah i know someone who knows him, he trained bad and had personal issues to deal with. basically if you saw his earlier fights he had black guy as his manager i heard that guy (trainer from leeds not going to name him) ripped carl off for money and that got to carl before the rematch. thats what i heard dunno if true or not but carl i heard is very quiet kid and sounds easy to break mentally.
