A real fighter,class act who always gave his all.The Rothman fight was cool.Thought he got stopped way early against Nelson(not saying he would have won)he always fought that way and was in control of himself when the fight got stopped,it was for a title and should hve gone on.

Carl Thompson, what a warrior he was :deal Never knew when he was beaten and always someone who gave 100% no matter who the opposition.

Quick question though: In the post fight interviews, after the Johhny Nelson clash, Nelson hinted at something that took place in the build up to the fight that made him completely hate Nelson. Does anyone know what actually happend? He seemed to hint that Thompson, or someone from his camp, had issues threats against him... :huh

I always hated Eubank but 'The Cat' broke my heart in those fights.
