Can Carlos Condit provide another finish like this against Diaz. I for one hope he does >>>

I see a Diaz decision, or a late finish by Nick. Not entirely sold on Condit as being capable of pulling off the upset. Would like to see it, but I've learned my lesson about betting against Nick Diaz.

Carlos is a jack of all striking, Nick is a master of boxing. I'm in two minds as to who can execute that, especially when you think about Diaz vs Cerrone.

Carlos biggest flaw against McDonald was not skills but timing. One of Diaz best attributes is timing his strikes right to find a high success rate.

All about execution but I think it'll be violent while it lasts.

Diaz will stop him late on I like Condit but unless he lands something big he is going to get dominated.

Diaz the better hands, Condit better overall.

Both guys seems to have a very even skill set.

Carlos with a comeback flying knee and GnP stoppage in the 4th after getting trashed in 3 and a half rounds. :D

I've been going with Condit all the way up to today but at the last minute I'm going to switch to Diaz. In the end he will overwhelm Condit like he does everyone he fights.

I think Diaz might make this fight a pretty one sided affair

For what its worth ive got Diaz via sub in the fourth , Diaz will be looking to poor forward and overwhelm Condit with his hands , Condit will be looking to counter with solid well timed right hands or elbows , i think everytime Condit gets a bit of space he's gonna let his legs fly but i dont see that being very often , if Diaz wants to apply pressure he can and will , i just dont know how Condit will deal with that !!!

Will he shoot in ?? , or will he look to counter strike with superior timing ??

I also want to add that i beleive Condit's cardio is on par , or maybe even better than Diaz's , Diaz has displayed an extremely high output during his reign in SF but Carlos Condit is not a SF fighter , he's on another level , and i see Diaz getting a little shock here when Condit matches him for workrate

Condit can be wreckless when dragged into a war , and it doesnt matter what Jackson and co are whispering in his ear , he will try and take Diaz's head off when he gets tagged , Diaz on the other hand takes massive risks , but there all educated risks because he has so many tools in his arsenal and he is so versatile that where ever this fight goes he can and will be attacking

    Its gonna be great :good
