Mike Tyson an accumulation puncher? WTF. Tyson would storm across the ring trying knock someones head into the crowd with every punch he threw. Mike Tyson is obviously the opposite of an accumulation puncher. Everything Tyson would throw had bad intentions, and he usually took out his opponent quick. What are you a joke?

 

I'm talking about people who skim through things at quick glance, without looking at all possible factors, and make a quick hasty judgment. Just as the original poster did, that's why I used the example with inventions that I did.

 

Because your question is stupid. Blacks and latinos dont generally punch harder than white fighters. I bet if you looked at the KO ratio's of every race, they would stack up pretty evenly. Your using a handful of great fighters who are special anomolie's to justify a point about a sport thats had millions of fighters and fights. Thats my problem with your question. You're not even asking a question, your stating that you think black and latino fighters punch harder then whites.

I don't get all the hate on this thread. Its a legitimate topic. People generally don't think of whites as big punchers but by doing a little research on it, throughout history there have been many heavy handed white fighters. Just maybe not in the last 40 years.

 

Listen, this guy insulted my grammar. I just found it ironic that he insulted my grammar while not using perfect grammar himself. I never claimed to use perfect grammar. Also, I feel that this thread is the same as saying, oh why are white people smarter then hispanic or black people? That's what I think.

There hasn't been anybody in this lame post who has proven that white fighters don't have as much power as blacks or latino fighters. Generally speaking blacks get by on their speed not power and hispanics get by on their toughness and determination not power.

From football to the strong man competition, the white guys are the strongest guys.

You really need to explain to us all with some detailed backup of why whites are so inferior to the rest of the world. And please, no BS off the top of your tiny head or links to the Nation of Islam site for references.

Don't try to play little Miss Innocent you racist piece of ****. If you had asked why white fighters were superior to other races of fighters you would have been attacked by both the posters and the administrators of this site and probably banned. There is a double standard on this website that needs to be addressed. There is no place for blatant racism in threads such as yours and I hope ESB administrators put an end to ALL SUCH RACIST COMMENTARY, regardless of the target.

its a legit question -black men are going to be genetically predisposed to punching harder due to a genetic advantage in muscle fibre make up (fast and slow twitch). doesnt mean we dont have white guys who can run sub 10's in the hundred - just not as many. i would expect pound for pound punchers would match the same ratio as speed of punch.....predominantly black guys with a few genetic anamolies from the white folks (Neo)

but the fact is, there is no good proof over who can hit harder. The original poster seems to think black and hispanic fighters in general hit harder then whites. But their is in fact no good evidence to support this. The original poster tries to use a few anamolies to prove his point. But that is not enough to make an evaluation for a whole race.

Black guys will hit harder and punch faster based on increased percentage of fast twitch muscle fibres.....its a scientific fact.

Its not hateful to say black people are genetically blessed in that area. Not everyone of african heritage is going to be athletically gifted but a greater percentage of them are going to be than there will be in a caucasian population.

The poster may have had some hateful intent but the facts back up the fact that black guys (to a greater majority) will hit harder than white dudes
