Not im my opininon b/c Bhop is a master in boxing. He knows tricks that no boxer can really prepare for...not to mention the mental warfare that Bhop imposes....Joe didn't let Bhops Mental games get to him....Afterall Joe is a seasoned vet and LONG TIME Champion...his mental capacity has got to be greater than that of a present day Chad Dawson.

Chad by all means should be able to beat BHop, but when Bhop is the common demoninator you have best be ready for the upset....which was the case in the PAV fight, and the Tito fight and many were expecting that in the JOE C fight as well.

I agree with your logic on Chad testing himself against Bhop...but I don't think that BHop nor CHad want to dance. They are looking at JOe right now and I think JOe is looking at Chad....maybe not now, but for his 50th fight. THat will give CHad some time to get a couple of key wins and Joe some decent ones to set up a MEGA Light HW battle.....maybe the most meaningful LHW match up in the last 25 yrs or so.

So ****ing what. Johnson gives anyone at 175 hell. He's a relentless pressure fighter with a iron chin. Dawson was tested by Johnson faced adversity fought on with heart and pulled out the win. That's exactly what you want to see out of a young fighter like Dawson he has learned from it and will only get better.

I think you could be right BUT Joe Calzaghe could by then be approaching 40 and will he still be around at 40 Im not so sure, I think it may be the fight after next, I have a feeling It could be hopkins again but this time in Cardiff and then dawson to equal rocky marcianos record

I was simply answering your quote that dawson was a better fighter than the current roy jones!
    How do we know that?
I didnt bring up jean pascal you did, I was simply stating a fact that how do we know that dawson beats the current roy jones until they fight.
You may be right but until they fight its your judgement.

Wow! If Joe fights bhop again I have a **** load of respect for the man. I mean...even more than I do now. For all the BS that is tossed JOE's way 99% of is pure garbage! US fans and boxing fans for years have been asking JOE to test himself and he's being doing so as of late. He deserves respect for finally taking on challenges and continuing to do so with success.

I said "often LOOKS" like a limp wristed pillow fighter, but obviously the guy's punches can do damage. And obviously I was exaggerating for effect. But for me at least that's why I don't care for Calzaghe. Plus, again, he acts like 'half a ***.' But he is great at what he does - win fights.

Im sorry, but you don't know what you're talking about. Mayweather has had hand problems for years. The whole reason he hired Garcia was to do a better job wrapping and protecting his brittle hands. Go watch the Augustus fight, you'll see him fighting with one hand at the end. The only time he was knocked down was when he hurt his hand and then touched the canvas with his glove after turning and trying to shake off the pain.

Ok, then we don't know that Calzaghe is a better fighter than Pascal until they fight. Let's not worry about common sense.
