well dawson wont lose my fanbase, I like his style. And if dawson were to lose by Calzaghe it will be nothing like the lacy beatdown mark my words.

Kessler has very little chance against Dawson, for the same reasons he lost to Joe: he's too stiff, robotic, and predictable, and his opponent would be too quick, slick, and a southpaw to boot. Throw in the fact that Dawson is entering his prime and has height and reach advantages as well, and you get a brutal beatdown in store for the Dane. :good

Tell these dumb high mofos. Man the guy is probably the only one out there that could and would get the best of an exchange with calzaghe. His punchers are straighter his right hook to the body is crippling and his right uppercut has knockout power. Dawson keeps his head moving and does not get flustered and kept a bigger stronger harder punching man in Adamek off of him with his punching power. The same round of the flash knockdown.

This post is quite silly. Every single boxer at that levl is professional. You don't just wake up in the morning and box 12 rounds at a world class pace. Do you think Floyd, or Pac or Hopkins or Cotto are anything but consumate professionals?

If I were Kessler's manager I would NEVER accept a fight with Dawson unless it was for a big-money unification. Dawson is faster, more skillful and moves so much better than Kessler. What Calzaghe did to Kessler Dawson would do also, with the difference being that he would not take as many hits as Calzaghe. If you really think Kessler could out box Dawson it is because you simply know nothing about boxing.

I too would like to see a unification between Woods and Dawson. It would be funny to watch Woods fumble and stumble for 2 or 3 rounds (until he gets knocked out) against one of the greatest boxers in the world.

Agreed. What could Kessler do that a bigger and more well rounded Adamek could not?

and on top of that, kessler does not seem to get off much. i think he threw 500 punches against Joe. and with andrade, he seemed to be really conservative with his shots. I dunno if its his stamina or just doesnt want to get countered but it pissed me off. In the last round he was hitting Joe when he seemed to just throw, and in the 9th or 10th when he was going for broke he was landing. I cant seem to figure out why Mikkel doesnt just throw.

First of all, this isnt just something that Americans do. When a top fighter like Floyd beats Oscar, people want him to fight Winky... when Pac beats Barrera, people want him to take Diaz at 135lbs.

That being said, I bow down to the supremacy that is Joe Calzaghe. He is the man for what he did and Im a believer through and through now. He has Yoda like abilities in the ring. Very uncanny.

Floyd sr will dog anyone out if they show disrespect, don't read too much into that. He doesn't have a suspect chin in the slightest, he got knocked off balance by a jab against Harding and against Adamek he got caught flush, got up and right back into it without any sign of being hurt, I haven't seen his first knockdown so i can't comment on that one. It happened to Sweet Pea a few times during his career and noone can say he has a suspect chin.

A suspect chin is a guy like Judah whose legs start to collapse everytime he gets tagged. You can see a guys mental strength in their eyes when things don't go their way and trust me Chad has it all, the young man is the future and i am certain he will prove it to everyone who doubts him, saying he's american hype or untested is all well and good but in time people will see the truth.

Yeah i've noticed that aswell about him, I think the problem is that he thinks too much sometimes in the ring, causes him to hesitate and miss the opportunities.

agreed. Floyd Sr is one ghetto mofo. Knowledgable on boxing, but when it comes down to it he had to trash Dawson because Chad told him to step. He just cannot seem to live with or shake off the fact that someone doesnt bow down and immortalize the son of a *****. Look how he acts with Floyd, always talking about he made him and this and that. Always has problems with roger. I dont believe any of the **** he talked about chad. chad's been in the game his whole life.

Dawson is the one guy Calzaghe should really stay away from, especially at 35 yrs old...Dawson would retire Calzaghe...

I really like Joe, but this is the wrong fight for him. I would bet real money on this fight if it ever took place.:deal
