Chad Dawson vs Joe Calzaghe

I didn't say Adamek was the man, he never was. What did Adamek achieve? Fought Briggs twice (once he lost), and stopped Thomas Ulrich (however, it was not a one-sided bout before the KO). That is all (and what has Adamek done since then?... nuttin) Adamek is a great fighter with big heart but he was overhyped.

Calzaghe has beaten 8 world champions, won all the belts in his division, is ranked by the ring as the number 1 in his division, held the belt for over 10 years.

Dawson is ranked number5 LHW by the ring.

Chad Dawson is NOT the fight that sells and makes the big money in USA for Joe. The perfect fight for him is clearly Hopkins, if he cant get hopkins I dont see him taking on Chad. As a purely hypothetical question Calzaghe would start a fight against Dawson as a bigger favourite than he was against Lacy or Kessler. So what would be the point? He has two fights left and he wants the cash cows.
