Not saying he could beat canelo, but he didn't even try. Boxing took a huge L tonight.

Dude you are way overeating Chavez. His most memorable fight was getting schooled for 11 rnds and nearly pulling it out cause his rock solid jaw and size advantage.

Truth is Jr sucks. He looked bad because he has no boxing skills.

He just had nothing, either because of the weight loss or because whatever weak skills he once had are now gone.

    Total dud.

Chavez, Jr. had really never looked good, could never box, easy to hit, has lead in his feet, even an injured Martinez easily outboxed Chavez................don't know if he threw the fight, but I knew that El Pollo would not take a fight on the level, so drain him, make sure he was inactive, etc., Oscar required Golovkin to be inactive in order to get this fight. Oscar's judges have already filled out their cards. Could El Pollo even hurt Chavez at all? If he can't hurt Chavez, I know he can't hurt Golovkin. Also, they waited until Golovkin got older, but will this fight be on the level? Can it be? Boxing is becoming WWE!

SUPER fixed. Chavez threw no punches. How come they had that GGG Canelo promo video playing right after the fight? And they had GGG walk to the ring right after the fight? That was all pre-meditated. Fixed fight, smh. Looked like WWE tonight

I don't know about threw but you are right in that he didn't even seem to try. I mean he started out the fight in the first second with a style he has never even used before. Chavez does one thing well and he threw that out the window before the first punch even landed. Looked to me almost like Nacho tried to turn him into JMM and Chavez couldn't even be bothered to make the adjustment back to himself when that proved to be ******ed.

The whole fight and ggg thing looked fake. So easy to fake a fight like that, just a sparring session with Canelo dominating. Hardly what I would call a beat down!

Yep that whole fight could easily be faked, deal with it! Everyone with egg on their face while these clowns rake in the millions.

Obviously a rigged fight. Golden Boy Oscar just completed the WWE Institute's on-line Master Degree in "How to rip off the Paying Public".
