He fights mostly like his dad in which he's trying to be like his dad. Maybe with Roach in his corner, Chavez Jr will finally have a new style but i hardly doubt it.

took andre ward 3 rounds to dispatch good ol' shelby pudwill.... john duddy knocked him out in about 30 seconds...or i think less... him coming to the ring with the bagpipes took longer.

this kids is gonna come to the ring. and before everyone can crack open their second canned tecate..( not a commercial) john will have bullied the kid

 

I don't want him to box with the kid when freddy is teaching him tricks.... I want john to brawl

no one is holding him up on a high horse freddy but the opportunities he's getting are pissing me off. a ****ing high profile ppv, after a recent run of ppvs against nobodies, when other MUCH better fighters are killing themselves just to be noticed. he gets to hand pick opponents, gets far more money than he's worth and access to a trainer like roach. there's dozens, maybe hundreds, of far better boxers than deserve these opportunities but those five letters mean he gets all of this without earning it. THAT'S what pisses me off.
