both fighters where dead tired we have seen fights where u get a knock down when someone drops by a punch on the gloves due to exhaustion. you never know what might have happened in those 5-6 last seconds. hell chavez sr scored a ko in a loosing fight against taylor in less than 5 seconds left into the last round.. those last 6 seconds seemed to favor vandar more than jr.

well the reason i pointed this out cause if chavez took a knee or went down once the fight could have been a draw.
