my question is why do the mods let newbies start threads...they should have at least 1,000 posts, but lso only allowed to post 3 times an hour until the 1000 is reached...that would cut out half of the garbage threads on this board

One of the reasons this place became such a huge hit is because we had quality posters back then, and the crappy ones were put in check, nowadays there's too many stoopid noobs to keep on check. ESB's prime was between 2002-2005
