We are talking prime Chavez. Pac's got power and speed in both hands. Chavez has got he superior body punching skills and pretty much everything else. He plays right into Pacquiao's game because Chavez WILL engage with him.

 

Pacquiao would destroy Chavez because he is Mexican. Don't no Mexican can beat the Mexecutioner, all have tried and all have fail. Pacquiao famous ring assult picture is sad enough with all the great Mexican legends in there. It would be a very sad day if Chavez was in there too. Pacquiao is like the ChuPACabra to Mexican, when his name is mention they start to shake and become pale.
