Chickenson vs Bellew 2

    Why not? It makes sense. Chickenson doesn't want to fight Ward or Kov, he already beat Bellew. He could move up and capture a new belt. Question is, Canada or England?

    It doesn't make sense for Chickenson to take a fight where he could potentially be laid out (albeit at 200 or 190 Catch).

    That's just how Adonis rolls.

    Why this fight again? Stevenson already destroyed Bellew at 175. Much better fight would be the winner of Kovalev-Ward

    I recall their last time meeting, Stevenson completely obliterating and knocking Bellew silly. Or was
    that a different Tony Bellew....

    Stevenson battered him

    Bellew can weight whatever he likes. Doesn't matter

    Thats funny the last time Stevenson and Kovalev were working on a fight Kovalev pulled out. Duva made it clear that networks wouldn't be a problem as Kovalevs contract with HBO ended with the first Pascal fight. Then right before the purse bid Kovalev resigns with HBO and never shows up to the purse bid though Stevensons people did essentially killing the fight.

    Both Stevenson and Kovalev pulled out of the fight at different times. I am a Kovalev fan but if one is clucking as you insinuate than it is only fair to say both are clucking.

    In reality both probably made moves that made financial sense at the time. Be objective there are already too many fanboys and trolls running around on this forum.
