Chisora in 2013: 4 wins by KO. How would Price have fared vs the same opponents?

Arsebandit, some things well have to agree to disagree.Cant see that Price is no good.Olympic bronze.Harrison,Olympic gold.Got a mate who won Commonwealth bronze and wouldn't describe him as no good.Skelton Id say was above European standard at his best. But guess you're talking pro about Price and Harrison so as I say, agree to disagree. Also about Skelton. We aint gonna convince each other, both got our opinions.
We disagree about Chisora.Im sure you don't agree, but I think Wilder would beat him ,also Fury.
BUT.We agree on Joshua.I could actually see him being the best of the lot.Weve got some good heavyweights but I think hell be the best.Bit of a result that.

Correction.I meant I thought Wilder and Fury would beat Chisora.Sounds like I think Wilder beats Fury,I don't.

Price would beat them all by KO simply because none of them are any good

Pricey needs a good bit of work in this rebuilding process .. Don't think he fight chisora though his new promoters will try and get him to vacate and concentrate on fights around Europe to stay out the spotlight in the UK. I still think the big man has a chance of progressing, people banging on about who he beat wasn't his fault he could only do his job and beat what was put infront of him by Maloney who I believe managed him badly. Interesting to see with sauderland how he is managed and develops in the near future.

Yes mate,it will be interesting.I hope this fight on the 14th is it,happens.I think Sauerland said they were gonna keep him active, which is great. That and, say, five good fights next year should do a lot for his confidence. He IS a good fighter. Its not all about world titles.Itll be great if his fights are on boxnation.Hope he does well.

I agree I think he can make a claim for a European title in the future the world level will be questionable until he gets a good load of rounds in the bag and some experience at European level .. There have been worse heavyweight world champions than price .. Correct me if am wrong didn't Sauderland promote Valuev during his regin at world level??

BKO is what dumb Americans who don't know the rules of boxing call 'British Knock out'

You missed the point of what i stated in my post.

Price hasn't beaten any middle ground Heavyweights like Gerber, Scott and Pala so you can't say he'd beat them all when all his best wins have been against lower tier British Heavyweight who have all seen better days.

Gerber and Pala might be crude Heavyweights but they're big and can bang so could just as easily stop Price as other way round.

As for Scott, i could see him giving the rather flat footed Price a boxing lesson. It was only because of the relentless pressure and chasing down that Chisora is famous for that he finally caught up to Scott and knocked him out. Price would be too lazy and slow to catch up to Scott so i could see Malik winning a fairly boring UD like his fight versus Glazkov where he was shockingly robbed.

    Good post :good

I am going to quantify this more prosaically:

What is David Price's best EVER professional win??

Unanimously and rather disappointingly it is Sam Se.xton

So how would Norfolk's finest fare against Scott, Gerber and Pala?

He would be expected to lose all 3 handily :yep

So as the poster above states, how the hell do you have any idea where Price operates at?

He doesn't even know himself!

As a betting man, I would say Price is sandwiched somewhere between them all in a very B class sandwich. He would probably win one, go life and death in another and get schooled and KOd by the 3rd.

I'm not impressed with Chisora. Chisora should fight Jennings ASAP, a win would help him, but the fight Chisora should try to get is Wilder, Chisora would knock Wilder out, then Chisora would be ranked #3 WBC. Wilder has a glass jaw, refuses to fight anyone in the top 50 plus..............
