Because Chisora isn't even in the top ten (Though I imagine this will change) and hasn't done enough to warrant a title shot.

Now... Chisora's far more declined than Wilder and he's taken more than enough punishment already... He should retire - he won't, but he really should.

Joyce has lost a heap of cred? momentum/clout in the last 18 months.
There are other match up's that would bring more money and public interest today based on the fight yesterday.

I want to see him fight Wilder, Takam, Wardley or Whyte again.

 

Wilder, Fisher, Whyte 3, all fun marketable send-off fights.

 

Chisora shouldn't be put in with legit top 10s (the Joyce fight merely confirmed what the Kash Ali fight suggested, which is that Joyce is no longer a contender)

 

Takam or Ortiz.

 

I'd like to see that and would give Chisora a decent chance of beating Hrgovic. Hrgovic doesn't have the power or counter punching style to keep Chisora off him and has a gas tank as bad as current Chisora so I expect it to be competitive.

But I'm not sure if he offers the kind of payday needed to interest Chisora.
