This is a fight I am really keen to see and have been ever since haye stepped up to hw.

I think haye will win it but arreola will force him to fight.

I also think this fight would sell on both sides of the atlantic and give haye a bigger name in the US, isn't arreola number 1 in WBC aswell? So if/when vitali retires haye would be in the perfect spot to pick up another title.

Seems like a no brainier to me.

should have happend long ago and is still a relevant fight

A fit Arreola give haye hell he throws every punch with bad intentions and puts them together well. he wont give Haye as much time to box of the back foot with single shots.

Id expect david to try and move and land power shots when he can but this means a high stamina fight isnt usally his thing - Chisora fight aside.

That said I think Haye potentially has the power to stun and hurt Arreola who can be a bit static and walk in staight lines. I think Hayes extra athletic abilities give him the edge

Arreola is bigger and throws better combo's than Chisora but he's easier to hit and a bit slower. Haye would punish him over 6/7 rounds

Why is Chisora all the sudden the standard bearer of how good someone is? :huh

Chisora is British level. He is mediocre. Couldn't even win more than 2 rounds against a one armed 40 year old Vitali. :rofl

If Arreloa is in shape who knows what could happen he would pressure Haye and have him going backwards for sure.

Hard to tell how much weight he has lost from this photo though.

Arreola and it wouldn't be close. He's an elite athlete, on a totally different level as a fighter to Haye, it wouldn't go past 5.

The nipple man with ***** tits wouldn't get near Haye..yes Haye would run and pot shot but once he sees his opening..he'd be in quick combo with a few haymakers in there and out again...over 12 rounds I see either a UD for Haye or Haye stops him. Course I'd say if Arreloa can catch Haye he wins by KO to. But looking at their athleticism..this is a no brainer. Arreola is quite a one dimensional fighter, albeit a tough one. But speed isn't his thing...Haye's speed and not being there long enough means the nipple man loses this for me. If a much faster and more technical Wlad can't catch Haye consistently then the nipple man isn't going to either. Haye loses only if IMO he gets a bit bold and tries to mix it with him..but I don't see Haye as that kind of brave heavyweight - he knows his chin isn't great so relies on his speed and clever boxing with in and out boxing.

might as well do a haye vs Mike Tyson thread. This is a fight that will never happen.
    pointless to speculate.

another fantasy fight in which Haye would batter someone ranked, but lets bring on Jovo Pudar instead and really prove something

Haye stops him. Arreola will look strong early but eventually break down from the counters.

Haye. Arreola would be very game and dangerous, but a step behind. The longer this goes, the more Haye would land clean and I don't think Arreola could hold up for the duration. My guess would be a stoppage between 6 and 10.

If Arreola looks strong early and is actually landing his ****, Haye may not be around long enough to launch any meaningful counters.

By looking strong he will be wide open to counters which will back him off sooner or later. Don't expect Arreola to land enough of his wild predictable punches as he lunges in.
