Chris Arreola, when your best just isn't good enough.

    First post nailed it.

    Even at 260 I wouldn't consider him a bum but he's definitely on his way to becoming a gate kepper like Barrett. If he lost 30 pounds though...

    I suggest a new trainer would do him good.

    well,he needs more experience,which is he is getting,vitali pulled that old k bor trick,get the good ones before they are experienced.

    he needs to lose a lot of weight.

    he has a good trainer now,so that is a step in the right direction.

    Arreola actually has some skill and could be a player in the division, but as many have pointed out, he isn't committed enough to lose weight, he isn't receptive to coaching and surrounds himself with "yes" men, and has NEVER pushed himself to the level of Pac, PBF, JMM, Hopkins, etc etc. Until he demands the most out of himself, we will never know what he's capable of doing or not doing. I don't know what it would take for him to "get it", but if a once in a lifetime shot at the HW championship won't do it...I don't know what will.
