Toney dosen't have brain damage which is degenerative but rather Brain trauma...it's basically the same type of injuries that people who have had car crashes can suffer. 6 months of speech therapy would help him speak clearly again, it's almost as though he'd have to learn how to talk again and use his tongue to roll around words and nouns. If boxers had a medical plan in place then i think it should be mandatory that all retired boxers would get 1 year of speech therapy as it would help retired boxers in around 90% of cases especially in those post boxing careers.
