The new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium is designed to cultivate an extraordinary atmosphere. The spectator experience is incredibly intimate, even with a capacity of 62,850.
Football stadiums aren’t designed for boxing. Waste of time going. I’ve been once (Joshua v usyk), never again. Give me a small show at venue with a 3-4k capacity.
I went to watch Luke Campbell v Tommy Coyle outside at Hull K. R STADIUM.. I had decent seats but was still miles away and freezing cold so we left and got a bus to Highland Laddie pub up the road and watched it on telly in the warm... I've no idea why casuals go to stadium fights to get rinsed and watch it on big screens it's bizarre
Completely agree with this mate, I’m cancelling my flights to Vegas in September if Crawford v Canelo takes place at the Raiders stadium which is where rumour has it, it’s now taking place. T Mobile, Grand Garden Arena or anywhere circa 20,000 capacity yes, watching boxing in a stadium, no thanks.
$30 for a flat beer too in venues like that. I went to MSG a couple of years back for a NBA game, it was $26 for a can.
Seconded. Up in the Gods, tiny figures a mile away, coked up morons everywhere, standing in line for years to get a beer in a thin plastic beaker. I went to the same fight. Much better watching on TV, home or out and about with fight fans.
I really do not know. I saw an interview with Eubanks dad where his dad thinks he has lost his punch resistance which he might very well have.
Absolutely absurd scheduling for this fight!! Its the weekend of the London Marathon and accomodation prices are even more expensive than usual as it is and in extremely short supply. Foolish move by promoters to have it that weekend
To be fair, Turki is providing us with a special 20 minute music concert lads. Looking forward to sitting in the 5 degree temperatures watching this...........
Skelton VS Sprott probably had a better atmosphere than a Saudi show though. For a start there would have been boxing fans there
