I don't know. I think you need to reread what I said. I just said that guys with naturally high grip strength tend to be heavy handed.
You might be able to throw with power, then you lose a lot of it at impact as you can't keep a tight fist. You might not be able to throw with much power but because you have a tight fist it's efficiently delivered and you land with more force than the guy who developed more power earlier in the kinetic chain. Simple stuff and your thinking is even more simple than that, you should probably do something about that. You could have fruit but if you're trying to replenish glycogen fast you're better off with the faster releasing sugar found in lollies. The fibre in the fruit slows down the sugar release and it would also tend not to be as energy dense as lollies, as well as being more satiating than lollies. After exercise there are far more benefits from gummy bears, more energy and delivered faster without filling you up.
It depends on the time of the day and what your energy is for. As I was saying before, you're very simple with an all or nothing attitude. Immediately after training I'd be going for the lollies, no doubt. Foods aren't good or bad, they are energy. You have different energy requirements at different times, people get shocked when they see professional athletes eat so called 'junk food' without understanding that general diet principles for general good health aren't appropriate for someone with extreme energy requirements, and recovery requirements. Consider yourself educated and now try using that brain of yours a bit yourself.
He famously had thick rope hanging from the top of the tallest tree in his garden as was seen on many documentaries.. He trained at home in the building opposite his mansion in his gardens.. You probably spent with Chris in the 80s mate, when his martial arts tutor used to give strong-stringed guitars to help his grip or invite him play his piano for hrs in NYC..
Any performance athlete will tell you that fast releasing carb drinks are a must to restore energy during and after exercise, dextrose/glucose are simple sugars.. As are sweets, wine gums are good but jelly babies tend to work best..! Did you see the Superbowl..? A handful of players were grabbing a handful of Skittles from a bowl at every break
Been the House lots of times, plus him coming to me, for padwork. Never saw it, then again you never know .
