UD for Parker, but hasn't exactly set the world on fire, still think it was an odd fight to make

The performance against Joshua was shocking and he really is simply a prime Chisora level at best.

Chisora would have won a World Title around that time as well but all he was after was PPV Loot.

It's probably down to definitions to be fair. When I say top level I mean, top 10, in the mix etc around world title level.

When we're talking Usyk, Fury to me I class them as elite as above the top level.

I wouldn't put Parker anywhere near them.
