No smack talk, nothing but respect and good words about James Toney, top guy. Optimism like that is good after a loss! Should be a good fight, I am looking forward to it.
Yeah, Thompson is a classy guy, and still an underrated HW contender. I agree it will be a good fight, however if he won't take a step backwards like he said he'll play right into Toneys hands. Anyways, Toney has to bring his A game to beat that guy. I believe he will.
i love thompsons trainer.... he was telling him like it was in the wlad fight...brutally honest...telling him he wasnt doing **** in the ring and what he was waiting for. but yeah, hes a good guy......
im not sure...probably a local guy...not world known...but by listening to him, he knows his ****. if you get a chance, watch the fight again and listen to the guy in between rounds...great stuff, brutally honest
