Rocky, great photo of one of my very all-time favorites, Joe Frazier who I saw in MSG FOTC,1971, and Buster Douglas, whom I fervently believe,
would have given any heavyweight who ever lived a tough tussle, the night
he ko'd Mike Tyson. He was at his pinnacle that night...Cheers.

 

Agreed. Regardless of how Buster's overall career panned out, he was a talented fighter who, when in-shape and motivated, was a force to be reckoned with. The Douglas who fought Tyson would have, like you said, given any heavyweight who ever lived a run. He had all the tools that Riddick Bowe had, but I think Douglas was a better combination puncher than Bowe.
