Like my Sergeant in Basic Military Training used to say, excuses are like everybody's behind, everyone has one.
I indeed heard similar in recruit training, all 'spoken' at us by the training team with a loud voice, just to ensure everyone of we recruits could hear their dulcet tones, so caring and benevolent of them.......
I just counted and I have 14 people on ignore. It’s a great feature and really does help. In order for me to put someone on Ignore they really have to be dumber than sh!t, blasphemous and / or irreverent, blatantly racist POS (scar, mvc) etc. Admittedly there’s a masochistic bent and internet addiction, as well. Sometimes one of the usual suspects might actually post an interesting, or I’ll notice that a poster I respect has replied and that piques my interest.
I was 20 years old, but I started watching boxing in 1965 with my dad and uncle. We all went to the closed circuit telecast of the Ali vs Patterson title bout in 1965. I have enjoyed watching boxing over the years, saw many great fights, took to the great sport of boxing. I used to go Deer hunting as well. I will be 62 on Feb 4th 2021.
Serviced served and discharged honourably, it was a relatively short period in our lives on this earth, but it sure leaves a life time of memories and for me at least a set of life skills and values i maintain to this day.
And one with 6 on page 1 today as well. I'm picking up what you are putting down. It'd not be noticed if they were quality threads but man.
