 C'mon guys, he's not that bad. Bad way to drop a trainer, though. At least some have the decency to call there's, eh. :hey

How about the decency to go and see the man face to face?

    F*ck the phone!

This world is f*cked and so are the brainwashed dumbed down zombies that are now in it.

Work, buy, consume, die. Everyone is distracted and tucked into their entertainment....why the world just passes them by without asking a single question of the establishment and control over them.

People would rather speak and text on a phone or over social media, than actually speak to them face to face now. What a f*cking barrier! Cant they see why it was created for in the first place for?

People live on the same street, and avoid one another through a phone. SHITS CRAZY.

    Don't rate McCloskey at all.

Had a chance for a world title against Amir Khan and he did absolutely nothing to try and win.

Got absolutely battered by Breidis Prescott who's not that good and was stopped by DeMarcus Corley who was WAY past it.

Doing this though is disgusting, if a fighter wants rid of their trainer they should at least have the balls to say it to them personally or call up on the phone and have a proper discussion.

Expect McCloskey to go nowhere with his career now. He's domestic level only.

Fighters blame their trainers far too often, I think. In some cases, it's warranted but the majority of the time, a fighter loses because he simply isn't good enough. You can't improve a person who has reached their physical and mental limitations. McCloskey is one of those. He obviously blames his former trainer for recent poor showings but how far can someone like him be taken? He's got nothing special about him and I don't think any trainer in the world could make him a much better fighter than he is but, yet again, the fighter underperforms and his trainer is the one who gets blamed.

Maybe it's down to the arrogance fighters need, I don't know. I do think they're wrong though. There are plenty of good, honest trainers who get the blame because their student is incapable of progressing.
