If he is staying in the game, then it would be a good way straight back at his age. Comeback small time fights probably wouldnt be a great idea at this time for him and it is a straight shot back

This "US debut" will be as memorable as his previous US debut.

Cleverly has done nothing to put himself in position to get a shot at Froch or Hopkins he should try his luck at a Sheika or Diaconu (if hes still around) from there he can then try Pascal or Cloud after that then I can see

Yeah because Cloud has gone all out :patsch.
Cloud looked lucky to many in his last fight with Campillo, yet Cleverly took the 0 from fighter that beat Campillo and then drew with Campillo in his fight before Cloud.

This guy is finished the first time he faces a B+ level fighter.

And debut? didn't he already come to the us to fight some other cab driver on the hopkins vs calzaghe undercard? left quite the impression I see.

I'll give you that, there aren't many: Campillo, Pascal, Dawson, oldman Hopkins. Id be glad to see him against even a Shumenov. He'd lose to any of these guys.

Are you not aware that Cleverly beat undefeated Murat who beat Campillo and Murat also drew with Campillo just before Campillo fought Cloud. Yet Nathan just ran through Murat.

    Cleverly has been Cleverly matched.

This dude got rocked by featherfisted Kuziemski and then got a WRRN stoppage the very next round.

Cleverly gets knocked out by a top light heavyweight. I think Pascal might be on the decline. Hopkins is now on the decline. Dawson might look normal again at 175. Who knows. Dawson might be a zombie now on his comeback at 175.

He would beat Shumenov and so would Bellew. Tavoris Cloud is a fraud like Lucian Bute. Fulgencio Zuniga would agree with me.

If Pascal from the Dawson fight shows up he beats Cleverly easily.

Cleverly isn't terrible, but his lack of power and durability might pose a problem down the line. I think he sort of looks quite raw at the weight physically.

****** has picked the perfect time for Cleverly to shine in the states.

I dont think Cleverly is at the level of a Pascal, Dawson, Campillo or even a Cloud or Sillakh. He needs to fight Shumenov to prove himself to fight one of the aforementioned fighters.
