The problem with Pacmans opponents is that they were prbably the hardest fights he could take at that time at that weight. No one at 140 even now looks capable of being a world class fighter apart from maybe Alexander. 147 is very poor apart from old Mosley and Mayweather. Williams is the only other fighter around the weight I would be ok with Pac fighting and that is just because he is tall.
Fair enough, maybe I have been a little harsh on him, perhaps the fact that I had a little cash on him, then never ever seeing him in the fight from the start, has distorted my view a little.
Yeah, sometimes because he walked in and touched heads with Clottey, basically daring him to hit him.
The **** flinging flying poo monkeys in the gf are arguing weather or not it was a fix! Don't know weather to or:|!
Sorry to come back to the argument so late JonOli, but I have to apologize for telling you that you were wrong on this one. Fact of the matter is, theres guys like Roach & Atlas, guys whose opinions I respect, who take your side on this argument. & when I heard those two moaning, I thought to myself, JonOli said it before you two did! So although I stand by my statement that Clottey knew he was outgunned in every department & thats why he put the shutters up? Its a flimsy argument, & I shouldnt have told you to admit defeat on a debate which you werent being beaten on. & now that you have big hitters like Roach & atlas on your side? Who the **** am I to tell you to STFU!
Its bad for him that he is around at the same time as so many good fighters at he same weight. He just cant get the big win,Herol Graham springs to mind.
