Mosley-Berto should be a good fight. Mosley needs to fight already. He hasn't fought since january.

Anyways i like clottey in this fight by SD.

Is this a main event fight? Surly at best it should be an undercard fight for bigger event.

 

By some strange coincidence, Clotty's promoter, Bob Arum, is staging a fight between Kelly Pavlik and Paul Williams on the same day. Really makes me wish I could go to this one even more..... sigh.....

To be ridiculous man it was not a stupid comment and was completely legitimate. Boxing is struggling to compete with MMA and your suggesting that two unknown boxers (outside of hardcore boxing fans) can draw a significant audience?

If this to be aired on a fring show like FNF then fine but I dont see how this could a big event on HBO or Showtime with out another strong co-main fight.

Recently we had Woods-Cloud/ Urango-Bailey and at best that was only good enough for FNF.

 

It's on the Pavlik/Williams undercard.

 

That seems like a strange thing for Arum to do but I doubt casual boxing fans will give a damm about this fight and probably go for the Pavlik Williams event.
