Clottey vs Williams

Clottey is very strong fighter and every punch he throws has muster on it. Don't think he can't hurt Williams if he hits him enough and Paul isn't used to having a war with people because he overwhelms his opponents with his punch out put. He wouldn't be able to do that with Clottey who would punch with him at times and test his will more than ever. And Clottey would be the best fighter he's fought.

- clottey who was hitting cotto with 3-4 punch combination's FLUSH, never had cotto visibly shaken or in trouble. Cotto is a guy who we have seen visibly shaken or in trouble SEVERAL DIFFERENT TIMES. So seeing how clottey couldnt put cotto in danger, how do you suppose he will even gain paul's respect who ate margarito's best, mattysshee's best (who had a 80% KO percentage), quintana's absolute best (71% KOpercentage)?

 

It dont guarantee a win but it sure as **** helps.

Cotto was rocked when he was at 140, that's when he was starving hisself to make weight. Everybody knows Cotto was hit with plaster when he fought marg and I'd wage bet if I was to ask a pyychic that Marg didn't use it against Williams. That's the main difference. Cotto has a good chin and people are basing too much off that marg fight. Clottey even said Cotto was physically stronger than Marg. Marg cheated against Cotto.

 

This fight would be Winky/Williams all over again.....Clottey could never beat Paul because he simply doesnt throw enough punches....100+ is hard to keep up with especially if your getting hit....Clottey has heart and skills but not enough to beat a Paul Williams

the margarito fight was more of a testament to cotto's chin if anything.... between plaster and eating all of margo's punches he never got knocked out... he just succumbed to the punishment

 

If you honestly think Winky was even remotely close to what he was when he fought Taylor or TRINIDAD, THAN YOU NEED YOUR HEAD EXAMINED.

 

Williams by UD, a late TKO is also very possible.

Cotto gets hit way to easy PERIOD....Thats why clottey put combinations together so well, something he wont be able to do against Paul...and for the record Paul would KO Cotto

 

You really don't respect Clottey at all, I notice that in all your posts. I hope berto fights Clottey just to shut you up, cause you stay unerestimating him.

 

Winky Wright would have Beat any fighter the night he fought Paul...He just fought(in my eyes)the best boxer in the sport
