Clyde Gray probably would have been a champion in a later era with more titles available. Solid top 10 guy for years, but not at Napoles level and by the time he fought Cuevas, he was just another victim.
I Don’t know much about him. But he had a good record and from the looks of it he never lost to a “ weak “ fighter. Had some decent wins too. His boxrec photo shows him in good shape.
