    To hard to hand out this type of credit without more detail but I think you're on a more righteous road than these other posters.

    I'm actually starting to think Jeffries is a very good fighter, really love learning about him.

    That pretty much sums up the boxing minds of the day. If that was a stand out quality of Jeffries attack... wow..

    I can not believe how respect is shown to these primitive club fighters- at best.

    I would agree that Jeffries undoubtely improved as his career progressed . However , I am not sure that using a man a month off 37 years old who had not fought in 3 years, is a reliable yard stick to measure his improvement by.

    It is hard to judge how much Corbett had left.

    The press were impressed by his condition in training camp, but we know how misleading that can be.
