Waz made some massive fights in his time, legendary nights.

    Lacey/Calzaghe
    Hatton/Kosta
    Benn/G-Man
    Naz/Kelly
Haye/Chisora (that was a cracking fight!)

He's put on a ton that I can't remember, too.
And he's had some huge names under him (Joe, Naz, Hatton etc)

Now, Ed has put on some PROPER shows himself:

    Froch/Groves (who expected that?)
Froch/Groves II (Wembley. Probably not see something like that again)
    Froch/Bute (incredible night)
Haye/Harrison (hear me out! that fight was massive, nationally)

How does Eddie stack up to ***** so far? And do you think he will better his nights?

Dont forget some of the names ****** brought over -
Kessler (first time out of Denmark)
    Tyson
    Tszyu
    Kovalev
    McClellan

So far the only big name Eddie's come up with was Crawford. Still very early days though, but the amount if times he's promised the British public a big name for Brook it is quite alarming.

Matchroom have put on some good quality stuff.

Benn/EubankII tops anything named so far as a domestic 'occasion'.

That fight was marred by Nigel Kennedy inexplicably playing the British national anthem on an out of tune violin.

That's a great point of view, mate. :good

Frenk really did bring some world class names.

Eddie seems to care more about domestic fights.

FW was able to bring over big names because he's a thief who steals from boxers.

FW has been in the game a very long time so he will have a much greater record of putting on great fights. Eddie has not been in the game very long on comparison and only recently has he developed a stable where he has a fair few big names. I don't think you will ever see Eddie bring over those sorts of names anymore as there is definitely more money in all British affairs as a pose to fighting a big name from the USA.

Yeah, but Ed has really made an impact in the short time he has been around. He has monopolised and dominated the British side of it.

FW was the master at picking the right time for his charges to fight the big worldwide names. Eddie seems to have zero confidence in doing so, full stop.

Besides, you can't call a fighter world class of his best win in say 27/28 fights is a man from Hull or Newcastle.

Do you deny he's a thief who has stolen from boxers?
