Thanks for breaking this down. It's a great start. My only question is what do you do for breaks for the strength training? Is the goal to do one set all the way through of pushups, pullups, diamond pushups, wide pushups, chinups and mountain climbers. Take a break (insert time), then do it all over again?
why is do some information say mention that the HEAVY bag should be half your body weight.......I read many times that the bag should be exactly the same as your own weight..........then i read many times that a lot boxers have used 300 lb bags about 50- to about 150 pounds above there own weight . can somebody explain this please?

Solid program. But I don't see a complete novice going from exercising 3-5 hours a week to 12+ hours. I think beginners should just focus on making going to the gym a habit first.
