S&C coach Christian Vila talks us about how he prepares a physical specimen like Oli Thompson for battle in the cage.

Oli faces the heavy hands of Mark Potter at UCMMA 21 this weekend for the heavyweight title, should be a good one!

Didn't go so well for Mr. Pudzianowski.

Thompson is a very different MMA fighter to Pudz. He's shown he has cardio by fighting in a tournament - three fights in one night and going to a decision in the final with UFC fighter Rob Broughton. Can't argue with that.

This will be on Sky Sports in the UK, but not live!

Bit more from Oli here where he says he plans on finishing Potter before the final bell, and talks about his training with Kongo.
