I am now onto 10 raw eggs every morning before work. I don´t think even the WBC would touch me now.

    Yes.
I usually go for a run in the morning and then whisk up 10 eggs with about 400ml of raw milk. Then I chug it down while reading the news. I enjoy the taste and it fills me up nicely for the entire day, so now I don´t have to drag food along with me to work or spend money at word for food.

    Niiice.
    I hear you.
That does sound awesome, a quick 65 grams of protein too.

I used to eat 6 eggs a day (scrambled) for years until I had some bloodwork last yearish and my bad cholesterol was off the charts lol, and I was advised to immediately rectify my diet.

So now I substitute out some of the eggs with pure egg whites... sometimes, lol.

Obviously eggs werent the only culprit, and Im likely considerably older than you so it built up over time, but at 10 eggs a day it might be worth having a simple cholesterol check.

Keep in mind heart disease is one of the leading causes of death for humans.

Anyways, random, unsolicited and pointless rant over from me, apologies.

10 eggs a day is epic.

From what I have read, eggs are actually good for the heart and cholesterol. But I should get some bloodwork done.
I don´t know, I feel better than ever and sleep really well. Most of my diet is just meat and animal fats: lot´s of dairy, eggs, and beef.

Ya I had read that too lol. And who knows maybe thats true, havent had the time to really dive into learning more about the subject.

But ya man a test is pretty simple easy and cheap, probably worth it.

    Cheers

Some people genetically can't handle cholesterol in the diet, but for others they do need it.
