Cooney/Wlad

Cooney's power was in that left fist of his. Tremendous hook and left uppercut. Not many had his left side power. His right side, no matter how hard he tried to develop it, was poor both in terms of relative power as well as coordination. So yes Cooney had better left side power. Wlad had better right side power.
