He posted a betting slip of him picking Brook to beat GGG, by KO I believe. That was enough for me.

Lol, there were quite a few on here who thought that could happen. Classic Matchroom hype.

Listening to New Age Boxing now after a recommendation on here. Very very funny and scathing. Josh Warrington getting an awful slating on this weeks episode. I wouldn’t be attending too many small hall shows if I were them.

New Age Boxing is great although Terry has some awful views. Awful.

    Boxing Asylum is great.

Boxing Coalition is now monthly sadly but still very good.

Tale of the tape boxing rant is a good listen too. Although it is weird how Keith and Vince agree on EVERYTHING.

Boxnation podcast with host Dev Sahni alongside Steve Lilis is also enjoyable.

Bunce and Costello is ok. Bunce is a great exaggerater.

Ill listen to Jake and Spencer’s podcast when they have good guests but they are casuals to the extreme.

Just like a poster above, ive went off the Fight Club podcast. Adam Catterall is utter cringe. What do u expect from a guy who said Liam Smith bashes the Charlo twins.

Lol funny u say that, as Martin on there is often at small hall shows as he is an associate of Steve Goodwin. Martin has a sit down with Steve every week and the videos are on Goodwin boxing‘s youtube. They are worth a watch.

Just had a listen to the latest episode for Jake Wood and Spencer Oliver's 'Pound for Pound' podcast and I have to admit, even as a big Max Branning fan, it was awful. Maybe previous episodes have been better but this was particularly horrific.

Firstly, within the first five minutes both of them agreed that the Catterall-Davies fight at the weekend was a "great fight" and that immediately lowered my expectations for the rest of it.

Secondly, their interviewing is horrendous. They had Bugzy Malone on who is one of my favourite UK rap artists right now and he used to box but the questions they asked him were truly pathetic, Spencer Oliver asked him four times if he was a boxing fan and the pair of them spent most of the time asking questions about KSI.

Finally the last issue I have is that Jake Wood constantly uses the F word in almost all of his sentences. I obviously don't mind swearing but when you are trying to listen to boxing discussion it just makes it sound like you are talking to a drunk casual fan at a pub.

Doubt I'll listen again unless they have a really interesting guest on. I don't have too much time for podcasts as it is. I tend to prefer to listen to music on my commutes and when I'm at home, I prefer visual content on YouTube.

I've got no issue with Wood having a podcast, but it wasn't for me.

As a side note, I suggest if you've not check out Tris Dixons podcast with Adam Booth. Very good listen.

This is also my dilemma but the podcasts are starting to tip me towards hate. Bunce has a tendency to start shouting and repeating himself and sometimes, after he's been talking outright nonsense, there's a slight pause where I think Costello is also trying to work out whether he should reply to Bunce or just attack him there and then.

There's far too much hyping of UK talent. There's also sometimes a basic failure of journalism as he's picked his line and he's presenting it as fact. Anyway just as the rage is building he saves the day with a funny anecdote, but it's getting wearing at times...
